RMA Procedures

Warranty
Uninex International’s products have 1 year Manufacture’s Warranty from the original Invoice date. RMA’s do NOT extend the warranty after the warranty period. Close-out items are all Final Sales. Products sold “As-Is” are non returnable and non-refundable.

Returns/Refunds
Uninex International offer 14 days Money Back Guarantee (Full Refund) on almost every product. Please visit our website, www.uninex.com, or call RMA Department at 1-(800)-864-3288, in advance to obtain an RMA number within the necessary timeframe of purchase date. Uninex International offer exchanges or replacements ONLY, anytime thereafter. We CHARGE a 25% Restocking Fee after the 30 days of purchase, or a Credit can be issued accordingly after approval from the RMA Department. (Merchandise must be in a re-sellable condition: including all manuals, components, and accessories in the manufacturer’s original packaging.)

RMA=Return Material Authorization

*If you purchase an item from Uninex International distributors/wholesalers or retailers and need to return it, you must return that item to the specific marketplace seller rather than to the manufacturer. Uninex International’s return/refund policy is for direct customers only.*

RMA Procedures:
- Submit a RMA Request Form by fax or online.

To request by fax, print RMA here. Fax the completed form to (323)890-9249. To request online, go to “Returns & Refund.”

 

- RMA Department will reply to your online request, or fax you back with a RMA number.
- RMA numbers are good for 14 days only.
- Any exchanges without a RMA number will be refused.
- No COD (cash on delivery) shipments accepted.
- Returns must be in a “new” resalable condition, including all manuals, components, and accessories in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
- Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented, and rejected or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 


Uninex International reserves the right to charge for liquidated damages equivalent to the current full list price of the product.

For some special circumstances requiring an extension to due date, you must contact Uninex International to request approval.

Any product not returned within the specified, allotted period of time, will be subject to invoicing for the same charge amount received at the initial time of sale.


*In the event that the item you are returning does NOT meet the provided requirements described above in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied. Then, it will be deemed not eligible for return, and may be returned back to you, or be subject to the restocking fee.*

RMA Freight:
A) Uninex International will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:

1. product is DOA (defective on arrival)
RMA request must be made within 30 days after receiving the merchandise to be eligible for DOA return.
2. wrong item was shipped
USPS/UPS/FedEx shipping label will be sent to return the package. Uninex International will also pay the freight for the replacement (when replacement is requested.)

 

B) You will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:

1. ordered wrong item
2. no longer need the item


C) You will be responsible for return freight, and Uninex International will pay the replacement freight if the reason for the return is under warranty replacement.
